ATTORNEY PROFILE
Judson H. Shutt has been a practicing attorney in Pennsylvania and Texas for over twenty eight years and has been in solo practice since 1997. He is licensed to appear before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and all subordinate state courts, the U. S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third District.
Mr. Shutt is a member of the American Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association and their Business Law Sections, Solo and Small Firm Practice Sections and Real Property, Trust and Estate Law Sections. He also serves on the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Professional Liability Committee and its Plain English Committee. In addition to serving as an Arbitrator for the Delaware County Court of Common Pleas, he is a member of the Delaware County Bar Association and its Solo Practitioner/Small Firm, Real Estate and Unauthorized Practice of Law Committees. He received his J.D. from the Ohio Northern University Claude Petit School of Law, and his B.A and M.Ed. from Westminster College, Pennsylvania.
He has served as the Deacon Moderator, a Lector and as a Choir Parent at Wayne Presbyterian Church, Wayne, PA and on the Board of Directors of the Radnor ABC House, a non profit education organization for educationally disadvantaged high school students. He has participated on a variety of Radnor Township School District organizations and committees, including the School District’s Strategic Initiative Measurement Team and has volunteered as a softball, basketball and soccer coach for the Radnor Township Parks and Recreation Program. He is an avid backpacker, climber, and kayaker along with his wife and two daughters.
